Percent for Change (P4C) is a mobile app which will revolutionize the way we give to charities. P4C works by directing a percentage of each purchase you make to your favorite charities. It’s that simple. P4C allows your nonprofits to benefit with the everyday purchases you make with a participating merchant -- whether it’s buying a pizza, or getting an oil change, or purchasing a new shirt. And it’s done without ever asking for your credit or debit card information. Why? Because all we need is a picture of your receipt. It’s that easy. Oh, and there’s no up-front cost to anyone: not the charities, participating businesses, or to you.

With these three steps, you can start donating with every purchase:

Download and Login - Install the app and login
Find businesses - Use the app to find what you want at participating merchants
Snap Receipt - Make a purchase, then use the app to upload a picture of your receipt

Once you’ve signed-up with P4C, the app will walk you through selecting charities of your choice. You can even register your own favorite charities -- like your local school, church, or other nonprofit organization -- so that they can benefit from your everyday purchases. Then, when you’re hungry, or need to shop, use the app to find participating businesses. The app will show you which restaurants, stores or service providers are participating and tell you how much they are giving. After selecting a participating merchant and making a purchase, tap “Snap Receipt” to take a picture of your receipt. That’s it. Simple. So, while you’re enjoying your meal or wearing that new shirt, you’ll know that you’ve changed your world a little bit by donating to your charities of choice.
